When the Cold War era is taught in school the main focus is between America and Russia, little mention is made of Asia outside of Vietnam. Even less is said about female victims of war. I wanted to make a piece focusing on the female victims of the Khmer Rouge and highlight the victims of the concentration camps such as Tuol Sleng.
